Copyright Disclaimer
1. Ownership
All content, features, and functionality of the Nutriq AI application — including but not limited to the source code, design, user interface, brand name “Nutriq AI,” logo, icons, illustrations, typography selections, color system, and written content — are the exclusive property of “Nutriq AI” as registered in the RNE (Registre National des Entreprises) and are protected by Tunisian and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
2. What you may not do
Without our prior written permission, you may not:
- Copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works of any part of the App or its branding
- Use the Nutriq AI name, logo, or trade dress in a way that implies endorsement or affiliation
- Extract, decompile, or reverse-engineer any part of the App’s software
- Use screenshots, assets, or content from the App for commercial purposes without permission
3. Third-party content
The App may reference or integrate third-party services, libraries, and data (e.g., nutritional databases, AI/ML models). Such content remains the property of its respective owners and is used under applicable licenses or fair-use terms.
4. User-submitted content
Users retain copyright in content they submit (e.g., meal photos), subject to the license granted to Nutriq AI under our Terms of Use, Section 7. Nutriq AI does not claim ownership of your original food photos beyond the rights necessary to operate and improve the Service.
5. Reporting infringement
If you believe content on Nutriq AI infringes your copyright, contact us at legal@nutriqai.app with:
- A description of the copyrighted work
- The location of the allegedly infringing material within the App
- Your contact information
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is unauthorized
We will investigate and remove infringing content where appropriate.
6. Trademark
“Nutriq AI” and its associated logos are trademarks of “Nutriq AI”. All other trademarks referenced in the App belong to their respective owners.
7. Governing law
This disclaimer is governed by the copyright and intellectual property laws of Tunisia, alongside applicable international treaties to which Tunisia is a party (e.g., the Berne Convention).
